CHERI Activities

Chevin Technology was among the pioneering companies to participate in UKRI’s first cohort of Digital Security by Design Technology Access Programme, managed by Digital Catapult. Utilizing the CHERI technology and Morello hardware co-developed by the University of Cambridge and ARM, we explored how CHERI running on Morello could be integrated with our Silicon Security Solution, ChevinID, deployed on FPGA. This collaborative effort was aimed at evaluating the combined solution’s capability to protect memory with CHERI while delivering hardware authentication and software feature authorization through ChevinID.
