Thomas Nyman holds a position as Expert in Trusted Hardware & Software Technologies at the telecommunications company Ericsson where he works with software and platform security for telecommunications equipment and infrastructure.
He also leads the C/C++ Compiler Hardening Guide initiative under the Open Source Security Foundation (OpenSSF) Best Practices Working Group. Thomas earned his PhD in Computer Science from Aalto University, Finland, where he worked on systems security research in the areas of mobile and embedded platform security.
