Manu Ravishankar

Manu Ravishankar is a Principal Consultant specialising in innovation strategy, programme design and technology commercialisation. Formerly Head of Insights and Impact for Innovate UK’s £450m Strategic Innovation Fund, he led funding strategy, oversaw whole-system project portfolios and regulatory engagement.

He has shaped national innovation programmes for DESNZ, DSIT and Ofgem, and previously led energy‑system innovation work at the Carbon Trust. His expertise spans emerging technology assessment, market and policy analysis, and designing high‑impact innovation pathways.
